Does anyone have any Goals in mind and what are they my first Goal is to lose 10% of my weight which started out at 103 Kg so making that approx 10kg I have no date in mind as this would just stress me out so I will plod along slowly but surely. I have promised myself a new bottle of Perfume when I get there. <3

First Month

How do you stay motivated?
I find that I start out so excited and eager to get healthy. I preplan my meals, tracks all my food and exercise 4-5 times a week. Then I just give up! I was reading that a good way to cut down on your Portion size is by using a smaller Plate so I started using a Donna Karen Plate I bought a few Years back. o:)
