NSG accomplishments anyone?

In terms of victories, I don't always have them on the scale because I LOVE food. In any case, I'm trying to consistently work on my body. I'm able to do 20 push ups!! That's a 2 and a 0. 20!! And, even better, is that they are not girl push ups. Woohoo!!

Anyone else get any of your NSG done?

    No NSG goals done yet, but it's only February! and I anticipated it might take about a year to reach mine. My squat is currently at 150lb (goal is 200), and my deadlift at 180lb (goal 300). I started out only being able to squat the bar (45lbs) about four months ago.

    I broke a weight loss plateau last week with a bunch of extra walking at work, so weight loss is slowly getting there, although it's hard to judge since I am building muscle at the same time. I've only lost 6lbs, but I FEEL a whole lot different. My clothes definitely fit very weirdly right now. I have a body fat meter coming in the mail this week so I can try to track that more consistently.

    Congrats on the push ups! I'd like to be able to do a couple of unassisted chin ups one day! #fitnessgoals
