    You know, I'm shocked I've been able to lose the weight. I wasn't confident that I could do it. Now that I'm getting close to 135, I'm thinking of changing my goal to 132 or 133. I still have a lot of chub. It's weird, but I thought I was a bigger person than I actually am. How about you? You are also so close to your goal. Do you think you'll change it, or go maintenance? 118-119 seems great to me :-))

    I am happy with my weight. I have pockets of fat around my middle but if I lose any more, my face will be so gaunt.
    I am like you though, now I want to change my goal to 110 but should I at my age?

    For now I am going to try to tone up my core area and just maintain. Trying to go to 110 may be unrealistic for me. I do love to eat and have a glass of wine with friends often!! So is it worth it to go lower?

    :) I cannot believe how much I have lost... and how close I am. Need to be down 0.7 lbs by Monday to have made my goal.

    Jan 15: 215.4 had a bad week. Couldn't exercise due to my bad reflux disease working up. I had to make a dr appt to see what's going on. But happy I stayed the same!! :smile:

    @BL_Courtney15 hope you get some answers about your reflux. I've had it since I was little. For me, it is all about the foods I eat and what I drink (my biggest triggers are nightshade family foods: potatoes, tomatoes, bell peppers; tea; soda; grapefruit; chocolate; and eating too large a portion :( ). Also not lying down a good hour or more after eating is necessary. I prefer not to take medication for it, but I did try digestive enzymes when it was at its worst, and they helped a little. Good luck!

    @RunRachelleRun it's actually pretty bad right now where I feel a constant lump in my throat and when I lay down at night to sleep, after my last meal being 4 hrs before, I feel like my throat is closed! I do not take any meds for anything. I want to make sure it's not something bad because I'm getting ear infections now for no reason. Might be "Silent Relfux".
