Super Power Bowl
Warm up: dealer's choice

Workout:
3 x 5-minute rounds (rest 1 minute between rounds)
1 min DB Curl press
1 min Slam Ball
1 min Row
1 min Battle Ropes
1 min Wtd Lunge (w/ dumbells hanging by side)

(Not feeling those exercises...then sub our own!)

At least 15 min: CORE, STRETCH

Doing Cal Spike/Carb Day for Super Bowl?...Enjoy!

Also, :)MONDAY starts the 20-DAY ELIMINATION/ADDITION. :)
Do something!...I like thinking of something, especially, that we'd rather not do!!

Don't like eating a certain food? Eat it.
Don't like a certain workout style? Do it.
Does it seem inconvenient? Even better!
Too scared that the habit has its chains around your psyche? Break them.

    JJ - it's an app. "Gymboss interval timer" It's been awesome on the bike workouts! But really sweet to set up a group of exercises, set your interval time, time between for getting to next exercise, and number of rounds. In the one above, I forgot the 5-sec btw - but it worked!
