Just add recipes.... This group isn't really a support group like this group is. Just place links to great LCHF recipes, or add recipes that you have created. It's not really meant for chat, unless you are chatting about the recipes.

    I don't cook from recipes so I'm no help, but asking for recipes is a pretty common subject here so this could be helpful for many people.

    Bumping.... over 40 people now, and people are starting to add recipes.

    I'll add this to the Launch Pad once I get back to a computer, unless one of the other mods beat me to it.

    Motown13, just wanted to say thank you for starting the recipe group. Just added one there myself and have started regularly checking out the other recipes posted there by other members. Simple but great idea to have one place to post specifically about recipes and long overdue. Thanks again!! :)

    Thank you. It has been helpful. Some folks have mentioned that they saw it there, then joined. :)

    It is now..... I didn't know about that. I just started the board and let it go the way it was. So yeah, it is now a public group!
