Another good week. I am trying to go to the Yoga classes as much as possible.

    Well done, B! I'm still in Oregon, so no weigh-in this week,

    Are you doing low carb Paleo to get the weight off? Seems no matter what I do, I'm at the same weight generally. I'm working out a lot..... Perhaps I need to something very strict for a few weeks. Any suggestions? Still have about 7-8 pounds I'd like to lose,

    Hey J. I'm doing the low carb paleo thing. Very strict and i'm sticking to 1800 calories. Lots of protein and fat in the morning. Lots of greens and some protein for lunch and a very light dinner of protein in the evening. A couple of evening fasts during the week. This is just temporary to take off the weight and moving back up to 2200 calories. Lots of water and hot yoga is helping.

    Yep, I need to be you for a few weeks! You have great willpower. Me, not so much. I need to try though!

    I work all day and go straight to the Yoga studio. Keeping busy helps.

    Yep. I need a set meal plan - and eat the same thing every day. If I try to get too creative or just a "small treat", that sends me off course.

    I pretty much eat the same thing 5-6 days out of the week (eggs, kale/other greens, sardines, chicken, avocado). Good job in the Zumba class.

    I really miss eating eggs....was always my fallback food.
