1/1/16: 270.4 lbs. (-19.6 lbs. total to date)
1/6/16: 269.2 lbs. (-20.8 lbs. total to date) [-1.2 lbs. so far this week...]
1/10/16: 268.2 lbs. (-21.8 lbs. total to date) [-2.2 lbs. for the week!]
1/17/16: 267.2 lbs. (-22.8 lbs. total to date) [-1.0 lbs. for the week...] :-(
1/24/16: 265.2 lbs. (-24.8 lbs. total to date) [-2.0 lbs. for the week...]

    Not too bad considering I was not permitted to do my normal exercising due to hip pain. Another 2.6# closer to my goal weight!

    I would LOVE to reach Onderland by Easter. That would be a blessing!

    You both are doing really well! Tough acts to follow! I may only be losing what I am losing due to my caloric intake. I wish I could get motivated to exercise. I did stop at Walmart today to buy a couple of smaller belts though. from 50 to a 48/46 inch so I am definitely losing in girth too! ;)

    I feel like I had a pretty decent week but I guess that TOM slowed down the loss. I have a 5k on Sunday and I'm scheduled with a PT 3 times next week. So hopefully next week will be better.

    @ForMe2No you still had a loss after a 4.6 the previous week that is fantastic!!!! You still have a 10 lbs lost WOW you are burning it girl!
