I just can't anymore! Scrambled, fried, poached, baked, you name it I have eaten it on this woe. I need a breakfast item without eggs. What's out there?
I've done BPC, but I don't want to drink it every day.

ruled.me has some yummy recipes ...I am sure you could find something without eggs0

I understand; I get that way sometimes, too!
Other ideas:
* lunchmeat and cheese roll-up (if I'm in a hurry)
* chocolate hemp shake
* coconut milk and chia seed pudding
* dinner leftovers
* sausage or bacon0 -
Think outside the breakfast box and your options are endless. :-) I've had cream cheese pancakes, chefs salad, pizza, wings...........0

Oh my word cream cheese pancakes? What is that, sounds delicious! I get what you're saying about the eggs. I feel the same way sometimes. Most times actually.0 -
I don't eat many eggs. Most mornings I drink tea with Heavy cream and eat a bit of cheese. Sometimes it is ham or bacon for breakfast. Lunchmeat and cheese roll-ups are good. Cold Chicken is great for breakfast. So is cold fathead pizza.0

Cream cheese or ricotta pancakes with butter and sugar free syrup or frozen berries are awesome!
Quick chocolate berry smoothie in the morning: 1/4 c frozen berries, 2 shots of espresso, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 2 Tablespoon heavy cream, 2 tablespoon coconut oil. Serve over ice or blend AFTER blending in the coconut oil. 9 carbs, 24 g protein, 35 g fat 455 calories. I cant finish this most of the time. To further reduce carbs you could sub out the frozen berries for sugar free syrup.0 -
YES! Me too. One more egg and I will turn into one. I have added one slice of whole wheat toast, not the fake brown dyed white bread, I mean the hearty one with seeds in it still. It helps.
Great ideas!0 -
Any leftovers in the fridge is my favourite!!0

Sautéed spinach & mushrooms w bacon0

I get some of those Johnsonville "Beddar with Cheddar" fully cooked sausages and heat them up in the microwave for a quick breakfast or snack. Of course, that won't work if you're not into processed foods.0

Bacon wrapped avocado.
Discovered these gems yesterday.
step 1) Pre heat oven to 425.
2) slice avocado
3) wrap a slice in bacon (Half a slice of bacone worked for each sliver but you could use more or less)
4) season as desired (chili powder, garlic powder)
5) Bake 15 minutes (or bake 10/broil 5 - adjust for your oven/crispiness)
6) eat the f out of them.0 -
Prawns n avocado wrapped in nori. Surprisingly quick.0

I had ribeye for breakfast. True story. I have been known to eat dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner. I just eat whatever sounds good.0

I will occasionally have a slice of cheese wrapped in a slice of turkey wrapped in a slice of ham. Sometimes with mayo. But anything really, or nothing at all. If you're truly hungry, pretty much any food will do. If you feel like "I can't eat _____ for breakfast" then you're probably just not really hungry.0

Korean short ribs and baby bel cheese today. I get tired of eggs sometimes too0

I love prawn hand rolls! I chop my prawns up and mix them up with some Mayo and Sriracha.0 -
All fabulous ideas! I had half an avocado, and some deli turkey with a smear of cream cheese this morning. It felt a little weird to be eating non-breakfasty type food, but it was sure good.
I'm thinking about trying those Atkins shakes, anyone try them out before?0 -

I'll be trying this out on the weekend! Very excited!0 -
Watch the Atkins shakes for carbs! If they fit your carb allowance they can be a decent meal replacement.0

I will definitely eat the f out of these, but I'll probably have to fight the rest of the family off with a stick or I won't get any.0 -
I've found that with this WOE I only need two meals per day now. Most days I skip lunch but a couple days a week I skip breakfast. Helps me in a few ways not the least of which is avoiding egg fatigue. I've also started sometimes adding 1 tbsp of peanut butter on top of my scrambled eggs to change up the flavour sometimes and I alternat between bacon and ham with my eggs.0

I think Atkins shakes are one of the few Atkins products that have no sugar alcohols and 4 grams of fiber.Maybe add some MCT, butter or heavy cream to up the fat.0

Snagged the atkins shakes at target, the milk chocolate is 5 grams of carbs, 3 grams fiber, & 15 protein. Great suggestion on the heavy cream; its not a bad last minute thing, but I wouldn't want one of these daily.0

Cream cheese pancakes, whey protein and almond flour pancakes, peanut butter and egg microwave cake, they all have egg but don't taste like it!0

I found the cream cheese pancakes tasted like eggs, but not overpowering so. I also didn't add any sweetener, just a generous pinch of salt.0
