Accurately recording calories burned for WODs

This process seems to consistently result in low totals when I break out each movement and exact time performed. Is there any good data for CF moves or entire WODs? Some things I find in the database (rowing, sit-ups) but most aren't there. I tried plugging in "calisthenics" but the yields seem absurdly low when I only count the actual time I'm doing the move. Any help would be appreciated. How are other SCCFers doing this?

I am trying to fill out Jeremy's (yes, I am his nutrition challenge assistant) and we are having the same problem. The cleaning is in the database but clean and jerks are not. I pretty sure the data base and SCCFers have different ideas about what cleaning means.
Should I try to break it down and guess how long he did each movement or put in a total amount of work time (today would be 18mins) using a vigorous movement from the database.

Also finding the same challenge, calculating calories burned when entering CF exercises. I need a Fitbit!0

Sorry, I'm just now seeing this! I'm also still getting used to this platform.
I don't think this is the most accurate way to log calories burned. I like it for food logging, but outside of running/biking/walking/swimming, it's probably not the most accurate for tracking calories burned.
If you're very interested in tracking that, I would recommend getting a fitbit (or equivalent) that has the heart rate sensor- that would provide you the most accurate number. Karen has one and really likes it, if you want get a personal review!0
