Morning, Everyone! Sorry about yesterday. I have caught a cold and when I took medicine....I was out. But today we are gonna get up and move!

Today's Challenge:
Go up and down the stairs one at a time, then go up two at a time and down one at a time; repeat.

Only do what you know you can do. Stairs are hard and can be painful at times. So do what you can!

    I don't have stairs near me at work or home =(

    no stairs at work or home... unless you count the 1 step up to the door. :(

    I don't have any steps either, so I did some Googling. An average flight of stairs= 12 steps.
    One flight of stairs, three times per day= 15 calories burned. So although not the same, I did 100 high steps in place. I think the intent is to MOVE.

    Thank you everyone. I'm glad you liked it :) and KKZFrog you are absolutely right. Get up and move is the goal. These challenges are jsut ideas to inspire you daily. If you can't do something then have some fun and think up a creative way that might be along those lines!
