Pleased with my week. Just .6 lbs to go.
Hope everyone is managing to stick with it. It is really cold here in NC but supposed to warm up to the 50's and 60's next week. It will be shorts weather before we know it.

The scale is not moving much but the inches are coming off. My clothes are much looser, and I can see that I have lost weight in the mirror. Also, I had Chinese yesterday so I may have water weight this morning. I weighed 143.6 on Thursday.

Nice weight loss. Averaging about a lb a week is great. You will be under goal by March 18.0 -
vicky, you are correct; a lb a week is great. I have mfp set at .5 lb/week, which is working great since I am not really hungry and still lifting as heavy as I can.0

I went up 0.2 lbs this week. I'm guessing it's water. I did have big piece of carrot cake this week & the slice of pumpkin roll at the Super Bowl party. It's not a big gain & I'm still under 300!! Going to keep going down!! :-)0 -
@delgph have you tried lowering your starchy carbs? It worked for me- fewer sweet potatoes & more broccoli!! I think you guys are right: there's about 10 of us still here. I know I'm planning on finishing. I might have to switch my weigh in day to Saturday. I may have to start working on Fridays. Court, have you seen an ENT doctor about the lump in your throat & ear infections? I know about not wanting to take more meds but you want to make sure there's not something else going on in there!!0

I think my weight is where it needs to be. Being short doesn't give me much leeway between 1200 cals to lose and 1430 to maintain. And this week I have not gotten to gym to burn too many extra cals.
