I could smack myself right now. I completely forgot to write down my starting weight when I started, which was on Feb 1. UGH! AND, I did not take any measurements! Guess I could start from today?
Way to go you two!^^0 -

Great job! I struggle with that one myself!0 -
I hope that everyone is doing great on this Saturday! If you are in the East, you will appreciate how very cold the weather is today!
I know we can all achieve our goals together! What victories are you celebrating today?
I pushed play on the Dirty 30 Extreme and I also did a nice 12 minute kettlebell workout.0 -

Great progress! 1-2 pounds a week is perfect! Some weeks you may do better than others! The inches lost will also make a big difference.0 -

I just finished my first round of the 21 Day Fix Extreme, 4 lbs. and 2.9" lost. The progress wasn't as great as I hoped for, but I see a noticeable difference in how my clothes fit. I am back to the regular 21 Day Fix starting today. Trying to introduce a little more exercise variation as well as moving around my containers within the day to see if I can get past this plateau!0

I think that's great because I know you must keep feeling leaner. Great work! As you said your self the last 10 is super tuff. They call them the VANITY pounds which you to make me pissy I always think of them as SANITY lbs.0 -
LOL I will have to remember that!0
