Counting containers
I don't know why but keeping track of my containers seems more complicated to me then just counting calories. The two yellow containers a day seem a bit unreasonable but if I count my calories I can eat a little more Carbs. Calories Burned
Does anyone know how many calories we burn during each exercise segment? I would like to log them in my diary but not sure how?
