Newbie here. On day six. Where in this group site are people posting daily there exercise and such?

    Stay strong during the Super Bowl everyone! I know it's an easy time to detail, but one awful day can sidetrack your progress! If you do indulge, practice moderation.

    Bad weekend here :( did so well during the week. Then today especially went to a hockey game, out to eat, and then superb owl stuff...ugghhh think I need a detox so bad!

    I have not used site in awhile. I find it helpful to post daily ( or so) with like minds. With success and struggles. One of the things I am not finding with BB they have gone mostly through FB and I have too many (friends) that do not wanna hear about it!
    That is why hoping to find new friends who do.

    Day 7 food on track. I like all DVDs .For me I love the versatility of the eating program. I weigh in the morning....for week 1

    So after my weekend of awful eating, I think I need to restart the count back at day 1! Lord help me to not give into the temptation of sweets!

    The weekend is always hard for me as well. It seems that someone is always celebrating something.

    day 8 getting little easier on workouts able to push harder,must be I know what to expect. Trying to enjoy the process.

    Weekends are always my hardest! I do great during the week with work at least 3 of those days and only eating what I brought but when I'm home ohhh the temptation! And we've had a lot of plans on weekends lately and with valentine's this weekend, my birthday the weekend after, and then we'll be out of town skiing I feel like im doomed!

    Great, posting here will help! I love my BB team - we have closed accountability groups on FB so they don't interfere with your personal feed.

    Try to treat your weekends like any other day. Food prep ahead of time is really key. You ladies can do this!!!

    How's everyone doing?! I'm on day 3 tomorrow and I'm so sore! But I love that the program is quick! I can usually get it in while my 3 month old takes a nap. The thing I struggle with more besides the lunges are the eating! I started the program b4 I was able to go shopping and really buy veggies!

    I'm waiting for my program to come - shipping date is tomorrow. I'm so excited. I've been doing lots of reading online so feel prepared! Can't wait. I can do anything for 21 days!
