I'm sitting in my recliner, watching Team Ninja Warrior and doing five pound dumbbell upper body workouts. In addition to the overhead, hammer and whatever else the arms want (it feels so good), every time a favorite wins, my weights shoot into the air as I shout with glee! The teams consist of a well-known, an unknown and a woman. Love that our gender is included. So thrilling!!Go Team Think Tank, Rah!:flowerforyou: Paula

Took a rest day. Eating is good right now. No snacking and I'm logging my food every day. And I had a 1 lb loss.

Walked w/DH in the dark this morning for 5.00 miles in 96 mins (6.29 total miles for 13,389 steps) then we went to the movies for Valentine's Day!

So so funny!! Broke all the screenwriting rules I'd learned, but my DDD told me that the comic book character also talked to the audience. I got a look at the script online...well, the first couple of pages...and it was done really well. I'll order it when it come available in print. I was pretty fascinated with how they did it and want to see how it was written.
You should go see it if you can.
