I was super stoked this morning feeling good at the gym. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes on the stair climber. Then I did my normal ab and core routine which I havent done in over 10 months. Omg it really is like starting over. This stuff I use to have no problems doing. In fact I use to say I needed to do more becuase it didnt feel like it was pushing me enough. It was so dang hard. I did make it through everything once plus I added a squat excerise and lunge twist with the medicine ball. After that I jumped on the treadmill with the intentions on doing a 10 minutes sprint/brisk walk interval. Well I did 20 which is awesome considering it has been so long. I was feeling so dang good. An hour after getting home I decided to eat. Well that didnt go over so easy. I am staying away from bacon and eggs for a while. I took some nausea medicine and drank a little protein shake that I shared with my son because I knew I wouldnt be able to get it all down. I am really sad that the good feeling didnt stay but still super happy that I made it to the gym by myself.

Working out was amazing...:)

Great job!! I know I feel better when I go, so why is it so easy to find excuses not to go!

@MerryOne00 I actually went to the gym like 5 or 6 days a week until I fractured my knee. Then I was out just like that because I could walk on it. It just would not heal. Twice I was told no weight bearing. More and more time went by. Two maybe three month ago he ordered a bone growth stimulator for me. It just has been such a long process. 10 very long months. Once you stop it is so hard to get back to it. Well at least it has been for me. My knee is bothering me a little bit, but I feel like I have waited long enough. I had no problems getting up at 4 am to go work out before I got my son up for school and myself ready for class. Now I have to find a way to work it back into my schedule and find the motivation to push myself to go.
