What day do you deep fry with?

im making buffalo wings in a deep fryer for Valentine's Day. What oil should I use?

  I haven't deep fried anything since going low carb ....but I did google and they are saying lard or coconut oil for deep frying

  This is how my wings came out and I use extra light olive oil. Omg they were to die for.

  I usually use lard for deep frying, though we don't deep fry much these days (we tend to go in spurts, it seems).
