Hello! I choose Daryl and hopefully will have some more teammates soon! My goals will be:
-Exercise 20+ mins at least 3x's/week
-Get 10k steps per day
-Stay under my calorie budget
I love a good challenge and am a faithful TWD watcher so I'm ready to get this done!

I believe I will choose team Daryl as well. My goals (habits) are:
1. To log my meals every day during the challenge and stay within my calorie and macro goals.
2. Stay faithful to my weight training routine
3. 10,000 steps a day. Except Sundays when I'm allowed to be lazy.0 -

My goal is to stay under my calorie limit with a low sodium lifestyle. I would really like to lose 10lbs and increase my weight training by March 12th for my Bahamas vacation. I could go with either team but since the "Guys" team looks a little light I'll pick this one. I'm bouncing between Glenn or Carl but I think I will choose Glenn if specifics are needed. I do have to mention though that one of my favorite ladies isn't listed. I love Sasha but I think TARA is pretty bad *kitten* too!

Ab work 4 days a week, at least 50 reps
Upper Body work 4 days a week, at least 50 reps
Cardio 3 days a week for at least 30 minutes

Goals:
1) Start drinking more water again (at least 1 bottle per other drink
2) start working out hard enough to sweat, not just get by (to start at least twice a week)
3) Get back in to eating healthier 90% of the time (only eat out 2-3 times a week ((due to travel schedule)))
4) try not robin he on emotional eating

Hey, if its not too late, pick Daryl, honestly because I love the fact Norman Reedus vapes, and my goals are to login everyday and complete my diary, I also want to stay under my calorie goal. This is my goal to start with, I'll increase my goal as time goes on0
