Good week and I started resistance type workouts back up (kettlebells). Things seem to be on track. I hope to hear from other people.

    Well, back up a few pounds. Weighing in after Valentine's Day isn't a good idea! I'm sure I'll drop back a few pounds once I lower the carbs again. :)

    Been keeping consistent with my workouts, and clothes are fitting better.
