Awesome work everyone! Congratulations Diane, it's an awesome feeling seeing a new number like that on the scale
No weigh in for me this week - didn't make it on the scales as it's that time of the month and I don't reallyl ike to weigh myself then! Any one else do that? I just find it demotivating even though I know any gains are water weight/bloating!0 -
Yes @evelynwhitelaw I tend to do that....avoid any scales, weigh in, measurements during that TOM. So depressing!0
