I have a very sedentary desk job, so I am trying to get lots of breaks, make my lunch, get at least 5 worksouts in a week, hit yoga at least once. Sick of seeing myself in pictures because "wow I don't feel that fat!"

    I've been fat almost my whole life. So my body now is the thinnest I've ever been. So I'm not sure what 127 would look like on me. I'm sorta tall, but my body frame is kinda small. I think I could pull it off but I'd be thin. Like a size 2 thin. Right now I'm like a 6. Maaaybe a 4 if it's a dress

I just started logging my food on MFP about two weeks ago and it's really keeping me accountable.

    I didn't look through the whole thread but we look pretty close as far as numbers go, minus the age.

    I lost 20lbs last year, put a little back on over the holidays and now back at it. I workout 3-4 days a week. I have a desk job but just recently got a sit/stand desk, so now I stand more at work! Yay! I have a very active 5 yo and a couch-potato 10 yo

    I like to eat healthy and exercise and when I'm doing well I exercise 3-5 days a week and I eat very healthy. I go through these periods where I'm stressed at work, busy and tired. I'm in that rut right now and am at the higher end of my weight. I need to get the momentum to get back to exercising and eating health. want to get back down to at least 140.

Seeing progress on scales and on my stomach but the stubborn lower ab jiggle just ain't budging! I work in a restaurant on the weekends so they are the days I'll typically cheat on my diet.

    I don't have a very big frame so I definitely feel and look better closer to 125-130. I run 3x/week, take a spin class 3x/week and try to walk where I can most days. Staying consistent with my food is my biggest challenge...

    looking for a twin to help motivate me to get back in to shape! have fallen off the wagon for the past year and am a lot weaker (in the gym) than I was, which makes it hard to get motivated again :(

    I carry all of my weight in my lower half so I have big legs but not much in the midsection, just a little bit of pooch/muffin top, but I think 135 would be ideal for the legs I want :smile:
