I am loving this. I never fully used this site before. The support is like an online Weight Watchers meeting, which is what I have really been missing. It's so much easier when you know others have the same pitfalls as me.
Thanks everyone.0 -
Your welcome. Keep sharing and I'll keep cheering you on!0

Weekend was extended a little cause I had a vacation day today.

Went to Chinese buffet today. Not a good choice by a long shot but I ate less than normal. I love Chinese and to eat less for me is a win!

Chinese buffets are sweet, hope it was worth it. Now just make sure you take small steps over the next week to burn it off. Life can't go on hold just for healthy eating. By allowing yourself to do stuff like that it helps you to not feel deprived and helps ensure long term success. Just don't do it every day.0

Hope the buffet was worth it ! - I love chinese food :-).
Also, from experience ), if the scale shoots up tomorrow it could just be water - there can be a lot of salt hidden away.0 -
I love Chinese as well...well more the Sushi lately. I pay for it dearly however by ballooning up from the sodium. Sometimes it deters me, other times, I'm like "heck with this I want sushi and crab legs tonight"0

Gosh this awesome. I probably sound like a dork. So happy others have same pitfalls as me. Today I had Subway - much better lunch choice.0

I'm more of a foot long turkey man myself. If not a foot long then a 6" double meat.0

I love the chicken teriyaki at Subway. YUM! Today I had another favorite - chicken quesalupa @ Taco Bell.0

Wishing I had a more accurate scale. Maybe I'll but a new one when we get our tax refunds.0

I bought a new scale this week. I told myself it was an investment. It's a Garmin scale and it connects to my Garmin Viofit step. It not only does weight, it does body mass index, % of bone, muscle, and water weight. When I sync it's all listed on my Garmin account. I'm hoping with all this information it will help me stay on track.
I also did weight watchers a long time ago. I maintained for awhile then gained it all back. I'm hoping this time I've made this a life change and can keep it off. I wish this for you too.

Give yourself a hug and get back on track tomorrow.0

Awe thanks. I'm a big time eating out person. Went to Arby's for the loaded Italian - only ate half tho. Other half is in the fridge for later.0

For the past week and a half, I wasn't making very good choices either but I just considered it a part of the lifestyle change, it happens! (and actually wrote about it in my journal.)
P.S. Arby's is awesome! Subway is too!0 -
I am in a similar boat, getting refocused. Trying to stay zen like @WifiresGettingFit. Good luck to all of us.0
