Any suggestions for warm up routines for each lift? I haven't bought the add on in the app.

    Two sets of 5 at 50% of your workout weight then begin your workout

    In the app, my present squat warm-up is 5x45, 5x45, 5x95, 3x115, and then the workout of 5x5 @145
