Any advice and suggestions on things that hve worked for you on you journey to bulk up and gain 10-20 pounds of healthy lean muscle??

Set your calorie intake at TDEE + 10%.
Set your protein intake at 0.82 grams per lb of body weight
Set your dietary fat intake at 0.4 grams per lb of body weight
Set your remaining calories as carbs
Make sure you're getting a minimum of 30g of fiber a day and that you're hitting your micronutrient goals every day.
