FAST to Thursday AM (water, tea, beverages, etc ok)

stuck in a rutt - started doing a little more weights, not sure if that is the reason I am stuck too. I think I need a good shock to my system… what do I do?0

prolly more that your body has adapted to what you were doing to make the initial gains.
it gets very stingey very fast...
so maybe the typical 40 min runs aren't a stimulus anymore b/c the body adapted.
*do more sprints/fast intervals...shock.
*change eating patterns...cycle higher/lower calorie days
*modify expectations!:)...it's ok to drop the "easy" early pounds and then plateau....once the body hits its "cruising weight"...just let it reset...and reset your mind...you are at a very, very different place...rather than think "struggle/stuck," ENJOY THE SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!0 -
