Are there any active lc fb groups that you guys can recommend?
I love this forum and am hoping to find something similar on fb where people share recipes, ideas, success stories and motivation

Someone from our group created one a while back. It's called Grease Riders
I also know there's one for Ketovangelist and I think it's called Ketovangelist Success ??? Not sure. I don't really use my Facebook.0 -
There are a few groups for carnivores, but I hesitate to recommend any of them. There is a level of animosity bordering on a civil war between them. It's cooled recently, but just barely. On top of that, a couple of them are not friendly (not like here), towards people not on their plan.0

And once you follow a recipe link or two, be sure you like the low carb recipe sites. It will then pop up others for you to try and follow...0

I love the support of this group but I constantly have app issues so I'm not on here too often
