Hair Loss?

Anyone going through significant Hair loss? I'm going through a terrible shedding phase (on my 5th month). I'm trying to figure out if it's a dose adjustment, vitamin defencicy, PCOS or something else. My Synthroid was adjusted late Nov and hair starting falling out late Dec. It’s not a normal shed. This is not the first time this has happened but it’s extremely frustrating.
In addition, when I had my last labs done including a CBC, my Iron, B12, and Vitamin D was so low it wasn’t even on the range. Calcium was good and I still have my parathyroid glands. I’ve since started to supplement for a few weeks now hoping it will help.
It's depressing

Yep. I'm in the same boat. Started when I was in treatment and it's continued even into remission. It's embarrassing but those close to me are very understanding of my circumstance yet virtual strangers will constantly offer "cures"!0

Sounds like a problem with the dosage. The timing seems right. If they adjusted your dose, you should have a followup blood test already ordered for 8 weeks after the adjustment. If not, ask your endo for one. Maybe the adjustment was too much. I didn't suffer hair loss, but I was short of breath all the time. So now I cut a pill in half once every two weeks. It sounds like a ridiculous adjustment but it brought my levels very close to 0 and the breathing issue eased up a little bit.
You mentioned PCOS - it really could be that too. There would be other symptoms if you don't already know you have it.0
