I have a 15-17 mile run planned for tomorrow. Hopefully eating today goes better so I won't feel as gross. It's so hard to stay on track after longer runs...

WOW! Wish I could run. My knees are unable to handle the impact. I have tried interval training and Couch25K and love it! Just can't at the weight.

Enjoy your run! I'm so envious!

I may take one of the dogs for a walk, we have a birthday party for a friends daughter tomorrow, other than that not really sure what else we will be doing.

I'm training for a marathon. I won't be running much longer at this weight :(

Just keep telling yourself you are moving faster than every person on their couch.

I run also and after my long runs...i'm so hungry and it's hard to keep myself in check when i'm alone. I make sure to be around people for the rest of the day after the run so that I'm focused on other things than eating. I'm sure that's not feasible for everyone but it's just something I keep in mind when planning my long runs. I only do long runs on Sundays though (I'm not training for anything. Just trying to do at least 10 every Sunday) so it makes it easier for me to plan for. You are doing many long distance runs so I'm sure it's got to be tough. When you get a craving, maybe call a friend and have them talk you down. I have a friend that talks me through it.

That's because you won't be at this weight much longer. You are going to make small changes and let those small changes add up to big rewards!

You are amazing. You have the power to do this :)

Mornin' y'all. Began my day with feeding the animals, which is a lot of walking and "toting". Cardio and lifting, y'all! I've got a bunch of chores today, so plenty to keep me active. Then " date night" with another couple this evening. Wish me luck with choosing a good food at dinner and with stopping when I am satisfied-not when my plate is clean.

I hope all of us ejoy a spectacular day. Or at least a pretty decent one!

Good Morning everyone :) I hope that everyone wakes up ready and determined for their day! I ate something that didn't sit right in my stomach (I live in a dorm room so I don't prepare my own meals) and didn't sleep well. It was hard to get motivated to go to the gym today but I did it! When going through hard times I like to think of one good thing that I did for my health that day so that I don't beat myself up. If anyone else is struggling I found that it really helps

yeah it's pretty tough... It's not like a craving or anything. It just happens suddenly, usually at night when I finally get home after class and working all day. I just get so overwhelmed and it just happens instantly. I tell myself that I deserve to eat a bit more but it usually turns into a binge
