Cloud Bread?

Has anyone tried it? It is worth it? I've been mildly curious about it, but apparently not curious enough to make a batch!

Yes, I made this! The recipe was called "Oopsie Bread," same recipe except no sweetener. Personally, I loved it, really satisfied craving for breakfast baked treat. I also used two as bun for turkey burger, worked well. I will definitely make it again.0

I haven't made it in a while, but we used to make it all the time. It was called "Oopsie Rolls" at the time and had no sweetener in them. I guess marketing got to it.
They are a nice change up, but a bit of a pain to make, so we kind of quit. Going to make them to day for BLTs though.

I tried it. Got the recipe off of Pinterest. I was disappointed, although, I should have figured that "cloud bread" would taste like I'm eating..well...clouds. It resembled a giant fluffy omelete. I used a recipe that called for almond flour though, so I don't know if that's the same as the oopsie bread or the cloud bread you're referring to. Some only have cream cheese/sweetener/eggs.
I tried the No carb flax seed bread and loved it. It's dense and when toasted, it feels similar to eating those organic whole grain breads I used to get at the bakery. It's super high in calories, and is high in carbs if you're counting total carbs instead of net0 -

I tried one of those recipes. I liked it fine. It's not bread, but it did have a similar consistency, and it's something that allows you to make a sammich once again. I even did a test "wrap" in the microwave. That will take a little more trial and error. I did use one package of sweetener, but that is unnecessary in my opinion. It doesn't need to be sweet at all.0
