Well I got up and got my exercise done now I just have to be mindful of what I eat. Yesterday was a rough day at work and I had that large diet soda. Even my boss was shocked to see it. I felt better after I drank it so hopefully today I can just move on. It's another long day at work.

Good morning everyone!!
Yesterday was so nice; took my daughter and the dog on the trail for a nice long hike. I can't wait for spring to come and have warm days everyday.
Today, I plan on doing my workout, eating good, drinking a gallon of water, doing the chin-ups, getting groceries and looking forward to having 2 rest days afterwards

I've had an inner ear infection the last few days. Finally back to about 90% normal thank goodness. Being sick was good for keeping calories down, but not great for exercise. Still stuck btwn 150-152. Really can't wait to get over this hump and be consistently in the 140's. Still feel like I need something to help boost me, but not sure what that is.
Today's goals:

I completely fell off the wagon this week-- mid-winter break. I always think it's going to be so much easier to stick with a plan when I am not working, but that hasn't borne out. I guess when I am more busy (work), I can't stray too far from a routine. I know that I have gained weight, and I am going to stay off of the scale for a week or so (I guess until our next weigh-in), so I don't get too discouraged. This post is just a reminder to myself that I am getting back into the spirit of this challenge NOW!0

End of the weekend but it was a great one. Lots of exercise and fresh air and one on one time with my son. Have been advised by my trainer to take it easy this week and I will have to the first half of the week for sure. Thursday I am scheduled to have an iron iv infusion so be nothing that day. But maybe the day after I will be a superwoman. Lol0

Sunday was so on point it's not true. Maybe a little more water but nutrition was spot on which is a new thing for me. Usually I just work on the calories. Also I got almost everything done and gave the cat quality lap time a very happy day.
Back to work on Monday
Follow the plan
Either lunch time walk or yoga after choir
Make sure the water is up and watch the dairy
