Clara wish I could say something to help you get through this. Sending my hugs and prayers to help through this sad time.
Kathy glad tennis is going better this time around. Stick with the no chips and logging. I barely get the logging in some evenings. Hope you feel better soon and had a great visit with your mom.
Chris I have wondered if she had a yoga or stretch DVD also. Have not seen one. Great workout!

I was able to walk the boys yesterday before the hail came. And have gotten in an hour of walking so far today.

Walked w/DH and Bean (our grandpuppy) this morning for 5.00 miles in 115 mins (6.93 total miles for 15,125 steps) then got on the recumbent for 12.50 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Covert Affairs. No 1st grade for me this week. Our weather was absolutely beautiful today!
Logged and stayed within my calorie allotment Sunday and Monday.
