Runing Versus Aerobic Activity

Options
Question...when I go for a 30 min run according to my Fitbit I've burned about 300 calories. When I do T25 for those 25 mins it's only logged at "aerobic activity" and shows that I've burned 100 calories in those 25 mins. I guess I feel like I would burn more doing T25 than 30 mins of jogging. Any input?

Is this from a Fitbit with a HR monitor or just a step-based count?

I'm not sure your feeling that aerobics burns more than running is accurate. Running is a pretty high calorie burn activity.

running is high cardio, which burns more calories as apposed to T25 which also includes strength training, so less cardio. Its good to have a mix of the two though.
