Somewhere between 1 and 3 depending on my mood and where I am ordering.0
-
3 is my go to, 2 if I'm feeling dangerous, and I'll tolerate 4....sometimes. If it's 4-5 I will usually send it back. What's the point? LOL0

medium rare0

Somewhere between 0 and 1.
Usually closer to 1. At restaurants, I tell them to take a cow, have it stand next to the stove for a couple minutes, butcher it, and bring me the flesh.0 -

This is me also - introduce meat to flame but don't let them meet!!0 -
I like a medium rare that leans more toward rare0
-
I am 4 to 5.0
-
2 is usually a safe bet because even if they over cook it a little it's still edible. Now I want steak for dinner0
-
2 and sometimes I accidentally make it 1.0

Yes! I'm medium rare too! Yum! I've got some leftover steak! That's my supper!!0
-
4. But I will eat 3 or 5. Just don't like it mooing.0
-
I like it best at 3, but sometimes I get a little paranoid and order it at a 4.0
-
2 or 3 with butter, blue cheese and horseradish on top. Just got home from a big grocery run... need to go back for steak!!!0
-
I always ask for Medium rare.

1-2... depending on whether or not I forget it's on the stove.0
-
2, although I'm fine with 1, but usually always order it 2.
YUM!0 -
2-3 for me.0
-
I'll take my steak medium rare please, with a big knob of butter on top!0
-
Oh yea! Can't forget the butter on top! Omg, I think I'm hungry!! Time to warm the stove!!0
-
Rare please! But if I can get it at a restaurant, blue aka very rare.

0. I won't even bother cooking my steak sometimes. That really disgusts people, so I might only do it once a week or twice, depends if I am eating with the wife. If I cook it at all, it is a 1. I hate everything beyond that, I'll eat if (if I cooked it myself and messed up), but I prefer it not done past rare.0

At a restaurant I tend to ask what their medium is like (while it shouldn't vary, it does), then go based off that. If at home I'd say I'm a 3 or a 2.5.
I tend to like my steaks less done than my salmon, and tend to order that medium well.0 -
Usually around a 2. I like a nice 1 once in a while and 3 is OK, but 2 is my preference.0
