    @motown13 peanut sauces are very popular in Thai cooking. A nice spicy peanut sauce would be delicious with some tofu and stir fried veg, you might be surprised :smile: of course you could easily swap out the tofu for chicken or beef. I think you're imaging tofu just slathered in peanut butter lol.
