Hello!

Hi everyone! I just wanted to say hi, I've been reading the posts in this group for awhile now but have never posted before. Your posts have been so helpful to me. I've done low carb (Atkins) a few times with different amounts of success each time, but this time I'm more focused on feeling better and learning healthier habits for life than just losing weight (although I need to do that too!) With the advice from here I've been supplementing magnesium citrate, drinking broth, and it's absolutely helped me stay on track and avoid the keto flu. I love the support in this group and I truly think reading the posts has kept me on track.
