Problem with grainy coconut flour?

Every time I try to bake with coconut flour, it comes out super grainy in my mouth. What could I do to fix it? Should I try running it through a food processor? I know I'm adding enough liquid, I even increased the amount to more than what the recipe said and it didn't do anything.

I've used coconut flour a few times since buying it, ive found the only actual use for it (that I like ) is in a curry sauce as a thickening agent and subtle taste. Any time I used it for baking or pancakes or even light frying batter it was too grainy and seemed to reject sweetness!

It works ok mixed with oatmeal and a bit of granular sweetener on top of apple cobbler. That's the only thing I have ever done with it.
