Here is how we make the money for our teams Daily: You must report in your achievements every day to get this logged for your team. Good luck!!

Miles walked/run/jogged -$100 per mile
Miles biked - $50 per mile
Swimming - $10 per minute
Exercise video or class - $5 per minute
Strength training -$5 per minute
Food journal completed -$50
Under calories for day -$200
Pounds lost (need to weigh in 2/29) - $100 per pound
Minimum 8 cups water -$50
Daily special challenge completed -$500

    Couple of questions for you.

    Does elliptical fall under the walking category?

    Does strength training or yoga fit anywhere if you do it at home? I lift with a group twice a week but otherwise do everything at home. I have my own routine so I don't watch a video.

    Yes elliptacal under walking. Yoga under class/dvd. I am going to add weight training to the format. Great questions!!
