You can earn daily points by completing the requirements I listed in the points format discussion. I will also assign daily challenges which earn you big points! You must report your accomplishments daily to get this. Something like this:
Under calorie goal
Completed diary
Drank water
Walked 7 miles
60 minute yoga class
Also you all day to complete challenges 100 push-ups spread out through the day...etc!
