Can any amount of sugar or carbs send you out of ketosis? I drank a little gatorade but only like 3 oz.

Even if it did, which is unlikely, it would only be for a very short period of time. It was a misstep, not the end of the world.

No. I eat an average of 70-80g of carbs a day and stay in ketosis. I try to keep "sugar" as low as possible, though.

It depends on what your carb level is that keeps you in ketosis. Some people are able to eat 70 to 80 grams of net carbs a day but others like myself can't have more than 55 to 60 of net carbs. It took a while for me to figure it out.

If you were already pushing your carb limit for the day then yes but as stated before it wouldn't be for long.

I agree everyone's carb tolerance is different. Finding yours, may be your Holy Grail! BTW - Gatorade is horrible on so many levels, I would NEVER drink it. ;)

Eating too much protein kicks me out of ketosis. I try to go for a run to burn it off and get back into ketosis.
