I've been mulling over the idea of a possible group event. In trying to get my act together I'm realizing I've really failed to drink water like I should. In a way to keep myself honest about it and maybe get others in the habit, who would be up for a group water challenge.
I'm thinking of a week or two challenge, in which we all try for 64oz a day. Water can be tracked by MFP, which is what I'm going to be doing. Even if you're not interested, here's a nice quick article on her benefits of water: http://authoritynutrition.com/7-health-benefits-of-water/

Day 1: 8 cups of water
Harder than I thought to be honest. I felt water logged after a while. Not used to that but once I adjust I'm sure it will be easier to drink the recommended water.0 -
