I am so happy to be home... yesterday was a long day of traveling! I got up at 4:50 and did Lower Body Fix. I feel great! I'm super happy to check that off my list. Today my goal is to follow the nutrition plan with more integrity! I had to eat out yesterday--and that's always hard for me!

Lower Fix today. Had to switch to light weight early when doing squat-knee raise and I had to use light weights when I did curtsey lunge. I really need those "middle" weights. Split squat is tough!

Just finished working out for today. I'm a little nervous about lunch-my daughter and I are meeting my mom at Jason's Deli. I believe in hey have a gigantic salad bar with tons of fruit, veggies and protein options. I'll do my best!0
