    After not losing anything the first week I kicked my own fat rear into shape and lost 4.2 pounds. I'm sure I won't loose quite as much every week but it feels great to see progress.

    I didn't have a great week of eating and I didn't work out several days. Need to get back to the routine and makes some gains this week.
