Day 6

Day 6 and feeling pretty confident I'll be able to stick with this for a change. The longest I've made it is 14 days. Any tips or advice would be awesome.... Do I need to take a potassium supplement as well as a multi vitamin?

    Good for you! Yes, I would add potassium and perhaps magnesium too. And keep the salt up. This is not a very active site. We are all over at Low Carb Group. Come on over and join us. There is lots of support and good information there.

    Thank you for telling me :) I actually found the LCG after this post didn't work but I do appreciate your guidance! I'll get a potassium supplement and magnesium sup as well today!
