How do you log bone broth?

DH made some the other night. He didn't add anything to it; just made it with chicken bones (and a wee bit of meat and onions, and I added salt and pepper), but I have no idea how to log it and am having a hard time finding reliable nutrition information.

I have a ton of bone broth and I use it for soups or just for flavouring. I choose whichever generic "homemade beef/chicken/pork bone broth" is available on MFP that has the most calories/protein. I gained weight drinking too much broth (and eating all the yummy bits of meat that come off of the bone or the marrow) one week because I didn't realize how much protein I was ingesting. Bone broth, macadamias and cashews are my weaknesses!0
