week 1 nutrition challenge. Lets dump the sugar!

This week we are devoting ourselves to dumping the processed sugars. No white sugars, flours or processed sugar foods. For the race participants you need to do this for five days for the full points. You get 2 points per day or 10 for the whole challenge.

    No sugar, no grains, no fruits, no startchy veg, no grains, no cereals, no sweeteners, no pulses nor lehumes for last 5 months and all you ask is no sugar.... got this nailed! I will be delighted when doc gives me all clear gor berries again
