Hello, everyone! I'm going to post this now in case I can't later. So today we are going to work on our calf muscles!

Today's challenge: Stand with your toes pointed outward, then lift your heels and lower them to the ground 10 times. and repeat

Let's make those calves strong!

    My trainer has me doing calf lifts like this but with toes pointed OUT, then STRAIGHT, then pointing IN. Did three sets like this, will do another next time I get up to hit the bathroom!

    Thanks for the reminder and the challenge - I need to work more quick strength training into my days!
