The only processed thing I eat is powerbars, I didn't know they had sugar in them! Now I know. I've been wanting to phase them out, now I have good reason.

I try to avoid sugar but my protien powder has sugar so I won't be doing this challenge. I'm more focused on getting my calories and trying to hit my protien especially0

I can avoid sugar really easily except for the teaspoon in my coffee. Yesterday, I had one cup without. But I can't really claim any points for this. However, I have lost 2.2 lbs, and I am pretty sure avoiding refined foods had a lot to do with it. So, even though I can't claim points, I'm seeing the benefit!0
