    I cut out all processed sugar months ago, so this will be easy for me.

    So I might as well post my entire week ahead of time to save me some posting time.

    In case you need further encouragement, my doctor said that increasingly scientists are finding auto immune diseases can be traced back to the bacteria balance in the gut and our choices of food. Sugar, gluten and highly processed foods can cause problems and a low carb diet can really help people fix their symptoms.

    Hope that no sugar helps you. With kidneys flushing wastes out worth drinking extra water and matching extra salt so electrolytes balanced.

    I try to avoid sugar but my protien powder has sugar so I won't be doing this challenge. I'm more focused on getting my calories and trying to hit my protien especially

    I can avoid sugar really easily except for the teaspoon in my coffee. Yesterday, I had one cup without. But I can't really claim any points for this. However, I have lost 2.2 lbs, and I am pretty sure avoiding refined foods had a lot to do with it. So, even though I can't claim points, I'm seeing the benefit!

    Wednesday- not done :s , kids wanted homemade pizza for dinner & I didn't have whole wheat flour. Still have 4 days left so I think I can make it!
