Day 4 for me was last night. I did so well! Only paused once during jumping jacks to get some water. And at the end of it, I had "runner's high." It was so bizarre, but felt so awesome! I'm not at all sore today and really starting to feel like it's making a difference.

I just finished Day 4. I still have problems during the first round of cardio, during the skips. 191 calories this time.0
