I can't believe I'm almost done with the shred!! It's been great, I find it so easy to motivate myself, and I actually love Jillian! Wondering what you guys are planning to move on to after you're done? I don't want to lose my momentum now that I've seen how strong I can get!
How many calories do you normally burn?
I am 145 cm and 70 kg, I burn about 197 when I give it my all. What about you all?

Shin splints!!!
From day 5 until now (day 8, took a rest day yesterday), I have had pain on the outside of my shins. I'm assuming shin splints. They're killing me when I try to do the cardio, specifically the jumping jacks. Today, I spent cardio periods on the elliptical. It helped me make it through the workout! Thoughts/feedback welcome!
Level One - Day 1
We don't have weights at home yet so we used water bottles today. It was a nice way to ease into the workout.. but I was still sweating at the end!
