Have you started daily burn?

Hello everyone! I started to use Daily Burn a few weeks ago. I'd like to do it more regularly, and exchange workout and recipe tips on this forum.
So far, I've done several sessions of the "True Beginner" workout.
I also did one workout from the "Move" program; I did the African dance workout.
Which workouts have you tried?

I am looking to join Daily Burn. Are the workouts hard to follow? Do they require equipment? I can't make it to the gym so this is one of the alternatives!0

I started the True Beginner yesterday, and no, most of them you do not need equipment. The one I did was stability & mobility, it was not hard to follow at all. Burned an estimate of 365 calories in 27 minutes, and this workout was a mix of karate & yoga. If you do need equipment for other videos, it would maybe be dumbells, a yoga mat, stuff like that.0
